Cancellation & Returns Policy
I want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork from my studio. If you wish to cancel your order, I aim to make the process simple and fair.
Cancelling your order
If, for any reason, you decide your artwork isn't quite right for you, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel your order, you can:
- Complete the cancellation form
- Email me directly at: info@rachelryanartist.com
Please include your name, order number, and details of the artwork so I can process your request quickly.
After you cancel
Once you have notified me that you wish to cancel:
- The artwork must be returned within 14 days
- It should be returned in its original condition and securely packaged
- Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage is normally the responsibility of the customer
- Once I receive the returned artwork, I will issue your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
Original artwork and prints
This cancellation policy applies to original paintings and fine art prints once they have been delivered. Kindly note that commissioned works are non-returnable and are not covered under the cancellation or return policy.
Faulty or damaged items
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within a reasonable time so I can resolve the issue. This may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
